Take advantage of on-campus 住房 all summer long.

Apartment Style
- 4 person apartments available
  - Full size beds, dresser, built-in desk with two shelves, and chair
Kitchen: stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher
Bathroom: sink, toilet, and shower tub
Living Room: couch, chair, coffee table, end table and entertainment center
Community Laundry room in complex (no coins needed)
Handicap-accessible rooms (available on request)
工作人员 available 24 hours a day, seven days a week who are knowledgeable and familiar with UTC and the Chattanooga area

*居民 staying for only one term will be prorated based on the number of nights stayed.

Transition 住房 is available between the spring-summer contract and the summer-fall contract.

学生 may elect to stay on campus for the weeks between contracts for an additional $11 per night fee.

Spring to Summer - May 1st to May 13th
- $11 per night (12 nights for $132)
- transition/move day May 8th
Summer to Fall - August 7th to August 15th
- $11 per night (8 nights for $88)
- transition/move day August 7th
